Seeking a Deity Named 'Tempest'

Question: "I would like any info you have on a god/godess named Tempest. We believe it is some kind of a god of war."

Answer: That name sounded really familiar to us and like it might have been the name of a Greek or Roman deity. So, we checked our books on Greek and Classical mythology, but had no luck. Then one of our editors thought he remembered reading an article in Dragon Magazine many years ago about Greyhawk deities and that one of those described was named Tempest. So, at this point we are pretty sure that Tempest is a deity from the AD&D Greyhawk campaign setting.
