Dominator is a fast, spell-heavy Blue deck that combines medium to heavy monsters (all with flying or shadow) with a mess of cheap spells. Because your creatures are too expensive to bring out in the early game, you can "Fade Away" an opponent's creatures or take them over with "Dominating Licid" or "Legacy's Allure," then build up your army and slam him repeatedly with your shadow and flying monsters to finish him off. Throughout the game you can control your opponent's ability to cast spells with a variety of inexpensive counterspells, and "Mind Games" lets you tap his cards if he has critters or defenses you'd rather not deal with. "Propaganda" makes it difficult and expensive for him to attack at all.
